PHILLIPSBURG, OHIO-- A semi driver is uninjured after crashing his truck and flipping it on its side.

Police say the driver was heading North on Arlington Road in Phillipsburg Monday morning (January 12, 2015) when he lost control because of the icy roads.

Neighbors heard the crash and rushed outside to help. The driver was trapped inside the cab so neighbors kicked in the windshield to get him to safety.

Police say crews are out treating the roads but many of the roads are re-freezing after crews pass through.
