Crews are responding to a partial ceiling collapse in Willimantic.

The reported collapse happened at the Foster Drive Apartment Complex.

Officials said there are broken water pipes and two people displaced.

The apartment reportedly flooded through a broken pipe after the heat was turned off for an extended period of time.
