SNOQUALMIE, Wash. --
The State Patrol is investigating whether a deadly crash on I-90 Saturday afternoon was a case of distracted driving.
A 20-year old driver from Medina was traveling eastbound near the town of Snoqualmie just after 3 p.m. when he swerved and hit a parked car on the left shoulder.
A man standing outside that car was killed, and a woman passenger is said to be in critical condition.
Troopers say if this is a case of distracted driving, the driver could be charged with a felony.
