AUBURNDALE, N.Y. (WABC) --
One person was killed in a crash involving a truck that police said was going the wrong way in Queens.
The call came in to 911 at 6:39 a.m. Monday. The crash happened on Francis Lewis Boulevard between 49th and 50th avenues in the Auburndale section of Queens.
Police tell Eyewitness News that the driver of the box truck was going the wrong direction when he/she struck three parked cars.
One of the cars appears to be severely crushed and under the front end of the truck.
