I-94 IN KENOSHA, WIS. OPENED AFTER 8 HOUR SEMI-TRUCK CRASH CLOSURE


KENOSHA, Wis. —Traffic on Interstate 94 north in Kenosha County is moving... 8 hours after being shut down by a crash.
A crash involving a semi truck blocked the northbound lanes of I-94 near Highway 50 for nearly 8 hours Tuesday.
The crash was reported around 1:23 a.m.  
The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department said the trailer was filled with 42,000 pounds of a rock that is used in the making of steel.
The truck struck the median wall and rolled over at the Highway 50 interchange.  Traffic was diverted using the off and onramps while the crash was cleaned up.
Northbound lanes of I-94 were reopened to traffic at 9:30 a.m.  There were no injuries reported in the crash.
