Great Lakes and Seaway Shipping: Port Huron, Mich. – according to unofficial report, bulk carrier LUBIE collided with a sailboat at 1115 LT July 8 in the St. Clair River near the Blue Water Bridge.
Sailboat was towed to Canadian harbor, no injures reported.
