Riviera Beach, Florida —
Shoreline Foundation Inc., a marine construction firm working on the $27.2 million Slip 3 project at the Port of Palm Beach since 2013, has been cited for serious safety hazards for the second time this summer, for a total of 33 alleged violations.
“This is Shoreline’s third inspection in the last two years, and we are still finding serious safety and health hazards,” said Condell Eastmond, OSHA’s area director in Fort Lauderdale.
“Worker safety is not an option, and management must take immediate action to address the workplace hazards that have been identified before an employee is seriously injured or killed.”
