Swampscott, Massachusetts
Crews battled a 5-alarm fire at two houses for most of the afternoon Sunday in Swampscott, Massachusetts.
For more than five hours, firefighters struggled to tackle the inferno that broke out at 14 Bayview Dr.
The flames quickly spread to a neighboring house.
"I looked out my window and I just saw smoke pouring into the sky," said Jacob Miller, who lives in the area.
The wind fueled the flames and blanketed the neighborhood with thick smoke.
Getting water to the burning homes was difficult, as fire officials say the water pressure caused two water main breaks, forcing firefighters to pump water from blocks away.
No one was injured in the fire.
