Overturned cement truck shuts down part of Spur 330 at Rollingbrook in Baytown, Texas

People on the scene of a cement truck accident say it was a "miracle" the driver made it out alive. 

Several lanes of the Spur 330 at Rollingbrook are shut down due to an overturned cement truck in Baytown.

Video from Skyeye HD shows the cement truck over part of the concrete barrier on the Spur 330 westbound lanes just past the entrance ramp from Highway 146. The mixer tank came loose and went down the embankment, hitting a second concrete barrier several feet below.

Video shows there is concrete spilled all over the embankment and on part of the feeder road below.

Traffic is being currently being diverted off the feeder road and through the parking lot of the Community Resource Credit Union.
