Speeding pickup truck lands on top of driver in tree-collision accident in Johnston County, N.C.

PRINCETON, N.C.

 

A serious crash shut down a Johnston County highway on Sunday night, WTVD reported.

 

The scene unfolded in the 2100 block of Bizzell Braswell Road in Princeton just after 9:30 p.m.

Highway Patrol told our crew on the scene the driver of a pick-up truck was speeding and hit a tree head-on.

The truck then slammed into another tree and flipped, throwing the driver out.
