SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA
Australian authorities were called to an industrial site in Wetherill
Park, NSW shortly after 11 am on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 where they worked to
release three men trapped inside a metal shipping container.
The metal shippin container appears to belong to Sinotrans. Sinotrans Container Line is a part of China's largest shipping and logistics company Sinotrans Limited.
NSW Fire and Rescue workers attempted to reach the three trapped men, but first had to stabilize the container.
Unfortunately, two men were crushed to death.
The surviving man has been taken to Liverpool Hospital in a
serious condition.
Sheets of debris could be seen blocking the entrance to the
container.
WorkCover NSW and police are investigating the deadly accident.
