Two firefighters were injured during a fire in Bensalem Sunday afternoon.

The fire started on the 1000 block of Tennis Avenue around 2:30 p.m. During the blaze at least two propane tanks exploded, according to officials. Firefighters eventually brought the fire under control.

Two firefighters, one from the Cornwells Fire Company and the other from the Union Fire Company, suffered minor injuries during the fire. They are both expected to fully recover.

A woman who witnessed the fire posted a photo on Facebook of a group of Good Samaritans who grabbed a hose and ran it down the block during the fire in order to help out firefighters.

Officials have not yet determined the cause of the blaze.
