Garbage truck driver pinned in Crest Hill crash
The driver of a waste management truck was trapped inside the vehicle after it overturned in southwest suburban Crest Hill.

CREST HILL, Ill. (WLS) -- The driver of a waste management truck was trapped inside the vehicle after it overturned in southwest suburban Crest Hill.
The garbage truck tipped on its side Wednesday morning at the intersection of U.S. 30 and North Larkin Avenue.
First responders managed to pull the driver out of the vehicle. The driver was transported to the hospital. There is no word yet on the driver's condition.
Crews up-righted the truck around 7:25 a.m. U.S. 30 and Larkin were closed between the intersection and Theodore Street as workers cleared the scene.
