ENFIELD, CT - One person is confirmed dead as a result of a fire at a Garden Street home Tuesday evening.
Mark Zarcaro, public information officer for the town's five fire departments, said the blaze was reported around 7 p.m. at 19 Garden Street, and resulted in a fatality.
The state fire marshal was working at the scene Tuesday night, Zarcaro said.
No further information was immediately available.
