UNITED WATER EMERGENCY CREWS REPAIRING 24-INCH WATER MAIN IN CLIFFSIDE PARK AFTER IT WAS DAMAGED BY THE COLLAPSE OF GIANT CRANE




Cliffside Park, NJ, Aug 05, 2015, 10:00AM

At approximately 8:00 am a construction crane (unrelated to United Water) operating on Anderson Avenue Between Grant Avenue and Columbia Avenue in Cliffside Park fell from a support damaging the roadway and a 24-inch water main.

United Water emergency personnel are on site to make repairs to the water main once the crane is removed. As a result of this incident, customers in the immediate area may be experiencing low/no water pressure.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore full water service.
