SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — 

The Coast Guard opened the eastern, southern and western ports Puerto Rico Friday afternoon following the passing of Tropical Storm Erika.

All port facilities in Puerto Rico may resume normal operations, including waterfront facility and vessel transits, subject to prudent seamanship and safe working practices.
