One
person was missing and at least one person was seriously injured after
two boats collided late Saturday night in Tacoma, authorities said

The crash happened in Commencement Bay near Point Defiance. Responders were called out about 11:30 p.m.
“We saw two come out on stretchers,” Steve Fuller, a man who was at the dock, told KIRO 7. “On another trip, three came out walking.”
A Pierce County Sheriff’s boat was seen dragging an overturned boat to shore early Sunday morning. Deputies did not immediately have additional details.
