General cargo vessel GULER and bulk carrier PIRI REIS reportedly collided in Dardanelles in the afternoon Aug 23, information unconfirmed. Both vessels were proceeding in southern direction, both were taken to Erenkoy anchorage. GULER is en route to Durres, Albania, PIRI REIS destination unclear.
