On January 4, 2016, the New Jersey Department of
Environmental Protection (Department) published a Notice in the New Jersey
Register that the Remedial Investigation NJDEP Online Service is available for
the submission of the Remedial Investigation (RI) Report and Form. A copy of
the notice is included below. This
message is a follow-up reminder that in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:26C-1.6(c),
the use of this service will become mandatory 90 days from publication of the
letter, or on April 3, 2016, unless otherwise instructed by the Department. The
ability to submit the RI Report and Form voluntarily through the NJDEP Online
Service has been available since April 1, 2015.

and instructions for filing the forms online can be found on the Site

Notice of Availability of Online Portal for the
Submission of the Remedial Investigation Form and Report (RIR Online Service)
Public Notice
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental
Protection (Department) hereby gives notice that its online portal for the
submission of the Remedial Investigation Form and Report is now available,
which allows persons to file both the Remedial Investigation Form and Report
electronically.
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26C-1.6(c), within 90 days after
the date that the Department informs the public, by a notice in the New Jersey
Register, that an electronic portal is available, the person responsible for
conducting the remediation shall submit to the Department via the electronic
application such documents specified by the Department that are required by the
Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites, N.J.A.C.
7:26C, and the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, N.J.A.C. 7:26E.
Accordingly, beginning on April 3, 2016, the Remedial
Investigation Form and Report shall be filed electronically through NJDEP
Online, http://www.nj.gov/dep/online/.
