ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -
The Anderson Police Department responded to a scene at the Chick-Fil-A on Tuesday night.
According to Lt. Tony Tilley, a driver crashed into the restaurant on E. Greenville St. just after 7 p.m.
Emergency responders treated several victims who were inside the restaurant at the time of the crash. Tilley said the injuries appeared to be minor.
It appears the driver accidentally stepped on the gas instead of the brake, Tilley said.
The driver is not expected to face charges for the crash.
