According to a preliminary crash report by Arkansas State Police, James C. Baumbach, 53, was driving south on Arkansas Highway 201 about 5 miles north of Mountain Home.
Police state the Chevy truck Baumbach was driving crossed the center line and struck a Dodge truck head on.
Baumbach was killed in the crash.
Arkansas State Police did not report any other injuries in this crash.
