FLINT, MICHIGAN

A Flint fire truck was damaged while responding for help Sunday, Feb. 22 at a possible shooting scene on Arlene Avenue.

The fire engine had a dent and long, visible scratch along its driver's side door after being struck by a tow truck responding around 12:45 p.m. near the 3500 block of Arlene, off Ballenger Highway.
Police at the scene for the shooting found a black Chrysler PT Cruiser that had run into a snow bank, but no victim was found when police arrived at the scene and no suspect information was available.

Residents on their front porches and peering out windows told officers they heard gunshots in the area, sending police on a search for shell casings on the snow-covered ground and canvassing the area for a suspect and victim.
