SHERIFF'S DEPUTY INJURED AFTER CRASH WITH SEMI TRUCK IN NORTH IDAHO

COEUR d'ALENE, Idaho (KBOI) -- A Bonner County Sheriff's
deputy was injured in a crash in north Idaho.
Idaho State Police says 29-year-old deputy Alexander Hughes was driving south on Highway 95 near Cocolalla when he attempted to make a U-turn. His Chevy Tahoe struck a semi truck that was also heading south.
ISP says Hughes was taken to a hospital in Coeur d'Alene. An investigation into the crash continues.
The driver of the semi truck was not injured
