HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. -- (UPDATE)
Dozens of firefighters continue their work at a business on
Chimney Rock Road.
Fire broke out around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Griffin's Cafe and Grocery.
We've learned one woman was living in an apartment attached to the building. Her fire alarm woke her up, and she was able to make it out safely.
Firefighters say they believe the fire started in the kitchen of Griffin's Cafe and spread to the rest of the building.
