The Fayette Co. Coroner has confirmed that the man who was struck by a car on his riding lawnmower has died.
The crash happened Saturday in Anderson County.
52-year-old Billy Scrogham was crossing Woodford Street on a lawn mower, when a driver hit him. He was unresponsive when he was flown to UK Hospital.
Scrogham was pronounced dead at UK.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.

A man driving a lawn mower sustained life-threatening injuries Saturday afternoon when he was hit by a car while crossing Woodford Street in Lawrenceburg.
Billy Scrogham, 52, was hit around 1 p.m. He was airlifted to University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital. Scrogham was listed in critical condition on Sunday.
Kentucky State Police said Scrogham was struck by a car driven by Samantha Horseman, 25, of Lawrenceburg.
