Deputies said the wreck involved three motorcycles and a pickup truck, with everyone driving southbound.
The
two people killed, a man and a woman, were reportedly riding the same
motorcycle, according to the Cabell County Sheriff's Office. At least
four other people were taken to a local hospital, including the driver
of the pickup truck and the other motorcycle riders.
The wreck
caused a chain-reaction accident further down the road involving two
vehicles, but no one was injured authorities said.

Two people are dead and four injured in a severe multi-vehicle accident on WV Rt. 2 according to Cabell County 911.
It happened about 1 p.m. in Lesage. Dispatchers said the accident involved three cars and two motorcycles.
Ohio River Road (WV Rt. 2) has been closed.
