MAN PINNED BY
PICKUP TRUCK IN FATAL WEYMOUTH, MASS. ACCIDENT.

OF HIS TRUCK.

WEYMOUTH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- One man is dead
following a motor vehicle accident on Tuesday night.
Police responded to the scene on Greentree Lane just after 9:30 p.m. Officials believe that Leo Hetherington, 59, may have been working underneath the hood of his pickup truck when the vehicle, which may have been left in gear, lurched forward and pinned him in between the truck and a fence.
The Police Department, Fire Department and EMS responded and attempted and pull the truck off of the victim in an attempt to save him. Hetherington was transported to the hospital and later died from his injuries.
No foul play is suspected in the fatal accident. An investigation is on-going by the Weymouth Police Department and State Police.
