WHITEWATER, WISCONSIN HOUSE DESTROYED BY FIRE

WHITEWATER, WI— Several area fire departments responded to a
substantial house fire at 267 Cottage St. in Whitewater this morning.
As of mid-morning, the intersection of Cottage at both Peck
and High streets is blocked off due to the fire.
The homeowners were not home at the time of the fire, and no
injuries were reported as if this time.
The Whitewater, Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Palmyra, Edgerton,
Lauderdale-LaGrange, Elkhorn Area and Darien fire departments responded to the
blaze.
