 PICKUP TRUCK CRASHES IN UPSTATE NEW YORK, KILLING TWO PEOPLE

NORTHUMBERLAND, N.Y. – Two people are dead after a one car crash on a Saratoga County Road Thursday night.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash on Clark Road around 9 p.m. Upon arrival to the scene, they found two people dead inside the car.

Police say that the pickup truck was being operated easterly on Clark Road when they left the highway striking several trees and the guardrail.

The driver, 22-year-old Ian Moreau and the passenger, 26-year-old Jeremy Otruba, were extricated and pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities say further details will be released at a later time as the investigation is ongoing.
