SAN
ANTONIO - A San Antonio police officer's patrol car was hit early Thursday
morning while on the scene of a traffic accident.
The
initial accident happened just before 2:30 a.m. on Pecan Valley Drive on the
city's East Side.
A
woman was reportedly driving south on Pecan Valley when she hit a parked pickup
truck.
Hazmat
crews had to be called out because gas spilled onto the street.
While
the street was blocked off, officers said another woman rammed her car into a
patrol car.
Both
drivers were arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated
