Family escapes unharmed after late-night fire in Fairhaven,

FAIRHAVEN, Mass. (WPRI) — One family escaped unharmed after a late-night fire in their home. It happened just before midnight at 510 Sconticut Neck Road.
According to firefighters, crews on the scene were able to get things under control in about an hour.
The home did sustain about $10,000 worth of damage. Investigators believe it started in the chimney for the wood stove.
