MORNING FIRE
HEAVILY DAMAGES HOME IN SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO
The fire caused about a $120,000 worth of damage
NEW FRANKLIN, Ohio -- By the time firefighters arrived
on scene of a house fire in Summit County, the house had already been engulfed
in flames Tuesday morning.
It happened in the 200 block of N. Messner Rd. shortly
after 7:30 a.m.
An elderly resident was able to escape with no injuries.
Firefighters were able to control the fire within two
hours on the scene.
According to the New Franklin Fire Department, the fire
appears to have been caused by a heater inside, which caused about a $120,000
worth of damage.
