RALEIGH, NC — A 32-year-old woman died in a truck-motorcycle crash on Rock Quarry Road on Wednesday afternoon, and a 38-year-old man was charged with death by motor vehicle and two traffic offenses.

Pamela Melody Butler was driving a 2013 Suzuki motorcycle south on Rock Quarry Road when Belsazar Toledo-Garcia began to turn his northbound 2001 Ford truck across the southbound lanes to enter a flea market at 1436 Rock Quarry Road, according to police accident investigators.

The vehicles collided, and Butler was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Toledo-Garcia was listed as living at 406 W. Garner Road in Garner. Butler’s hometown was not reported.
