Semi Truck Crash Closes Portion of Interstate 25 in Parker Colorado; Haz Mat also on Site Due to Leaking Fuel
PARKER - Parker Police said a semi crash at about 4:30 Tuesday morning has closed southbound Interstate 25 between C-470 and Lincoln Avenue. Two lanes of northbound I-25 are also closed.
Police dispatch said there is debris in the roadway and that a hazmat team has been called due to the semi's fuel tanks leaking diesel fuel.
No one was injured in the crash.
Dispatch did not have an estimation of when the highway might re-open.
