Person hit, killed by CTA Blue Line train in Chicago, IL

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A person was struck and killed by an inbound CTA Blue Line train near the Kedzie-Homan stop.

Shuttle buses moved riders between Cicero and Racine but Blue Line trains are running again.
