Chapin, SC (WLTX) -
A collision between a commercial truck and a train sent one person to the hospital Monday morning.
The incident happened on Skylark Lane, which is just off Highway 76.
The Highway Patrol says the driver of the truck had to be taken to the hospital, and that person's condition is unknown. What led up to the accident is under investigation.
Traffic in the area was backed up for over an hour as emergency crews responded to the situation.
