GROUND, Wash. (KOIN 6) — Two men are behind bars after allegedly speeding in a
stolen truck, hitting other vehicles and crashing into a creek.

Andrew
Scott Bissell, 29, and Scott William Thomas, 25, are charged with possessing a
stolen vehicle, hit-and-run with property damage and trying to elude police.
Around
9:15 p.m. Monday, a white Nissan truck was spotted doing about 80 mph in a 25
mph zone in Battle Ground. Authorities said an officer saw the truck and
pursued it.
The
driver hit other cars and drove through yards near 6th and Rasmussen before
crashing in Woodin Creek, officials said.
Bissell,
described as a transient, and Rainer-resident Thomas were arrested. The stolen
Nissan was towed from the creek and held for evidence.
None
of the victims were injured, authorities said.
