No Injuries Reported at Tyler County Well Pad Explosion in West Virginia

UPDATE 5:30 AM Friday from the Shirley VFD Facebook page:

"Shirley VFD just returned from a well pad explosion on Big Run at the Gorby Pad in the Alma, WV area. Shirley VFD had 4 trucks respond (Tanker 42, Truck-45,46, and 47). Departments from Tyler, Doddridge and Wetzel Counties responded. No injuries were reported and fire was contained and extinguished."

As of 4:30 AM Friday, WTRF is waiting for more information to be released to us on a well pad explosion in Tyler County.

Here's what we do know right now:
-This happened shortly before midnight.
-Viewers of our our sister station WBOY report this happened near Big Run off of Indian Creek.

7News been in close contact with the Tyler County Sheriff's Department through the night.  They tell us they are working on a press release.
