Fiery tanker truck crash closes Highway 33 in Dodge County
A fiery tanker truck crash Thursday morning has forced the closure of Highway 33 east of Horicon.
Flames could be seen towering over the truck in a photo posted on Facebook just before 9 a.m. by the Dodge County Sheriff's Office, and TV footage at the scene showed the truck still on fire as of 9:45 a.m.
The highway is expected to be closed for several hours as fire crews attempt to put out the fire, the sheriff's office said.
WISN-TV reports the crash involved the truck and a car, with the car driver flown from the scene with serious injuries and the truck driver suffering minor injuries.
