MACON, GEORGIA
A construction worker was injured after falling one flight
down an elevator shaft in a downtown Macon building.
It happened around noon Wednesday at a building at 450 Third
St, between Kaybee of Macon and Union Furniture.
Workers were reportedly demolishing interior when the worker
fell.
He has not been identified and his condition is not known.
