THE RISKS OF BUCKET CRANES: PENNSYLVANIA MAN IN A BUCKET TRUCK IS ELECTROCUTED WHEN BUCKET TOUCHES LIVE POWER LINE

Pennsylvania Man in a bucket truck is electrocuted when bucket touches live power line

Tuscarora Township,  Pennsylvania

A man is in hospital today in Pennsylvania after he came in to contact with an overhead power line last night.

The man was installing a high speed data line from the platform of a ‘bucket truck’ near Tuscarora Township in Bradford County, Pennsylvania when his head touched a live power line.

His colleagues managed to bring him down and were skilled enough in CPR and first aid to restart his heart several times while they waited for an ambulance. We do not have any further information at this time.
