Two boys were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash at
Dickman and Helmer roads Thursday morning, and their mother and sister also
were hurt, Calhoun County Sheriff deputies said.
One of the boys was thrown from a vehicle during the crash,
deputies said.
The two boys were listed in serious condition at Bronson
Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, deputies said.
The crash, involving the family's minivan and another
vehicle, was reported at 7:51 a.m. at the west Dickman-Helmer intersection.
The road remained closed while the Sheriff Department
continued to investigate the crash.

As we always say: it is better to arrive late at your current destination, than to arrive early at your final destination. Slow down at intersections, let the aggressive drivers go first, it does not worth it getting you or your family injured or killed.
