Torrington, Connecticut jogger killed in plow truck
accident.
A 25-year-old man out jogging before dawn in Torrington
Sunday was hit by a plow truck traveling south on South Main Street near the
Bank of America, according to the Torrington Police.
Michael Walsh, of Torrington, was taken to Charlotte
Hungerford Hospital, and later died of his injuries.
The Connecticut State Police are aiding the Torrington
Police in the investigation. If anyone witnessed the accident, please call
