Postal truck hits house in Osceola, Indiana
after two vehicle accident

OSCEOLA, INDIANA -
St. Joseph County police responded to a call early
Saturday afternoon for a postal truck that drove into a home.
Dispatch says the call came in around 2:04 p.m. for a
two-vehicle accident in the 54000 block of Luan Dr. in Osceola.
According to police on the scene the postal worker was
delivering mail on Day Rd. when they turned left into a subdivision on Luan
Dr.
A second vehicle trying to pass the truck hit the postal
worker with their vehicle; the worker then drove into a nearby home.
No one was home at the time of the accident.
Police are still investigating
