Dump truck struck an 18-wheeler in Henrico,

Henrico Police are on the scene of a crash in Henrico
involving a dump truck and a 18-wheeler tractor-trailer.
The crash happened around 5 p.m. Tuesday at the
intersection of Staples Mill and Hilliard roads. According to Henrico Police, a
dump truck struck an 18-wheeler at the intersection, causing minor damage but
not causing any injuries. Authorities said the 18-wheeler was hauling a load of
lumber. Mechanical problems with the tractor trailer meant a wrecker would be
needed to move it from the scene of the crash.
Police said the two drivers exchanged information, and
it is likely that no charges will be filed.
