1 driver killed in Kentucky after his vehicle went over a guard rail and into a creek in Louisville




AUGUST 9, 2015 

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – 

Police are continuing their investigation into an accident that left a Shively man dead Sunday.

Officials say the accident happened in the 6000 block of Preston Highway near Prestwood Road just before 4 a.m.

According to preliminary reports, 29-year-old William Harris was driving a gray Buick on Preston Highway headed northbound when he lost control. The vehicle went over a guard rail and into a creek. The coroner says Harris died from multiple injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
