1 man dies, 2 critically injured after head on collision between a Ford F350 and a Dodge Ram truck near Sipsey, Alabama

WALKER COUNTY, AL (WBRC) - 

A head on collision led to the death of an Empire man this morning. The crash happened on Pineywoods-Sipsey Road north of Sipsey at 7:25 a.m.
 
Curtis Conley Cole, 51, was a passenger in a 1999 Ford F350 that hit a 2015 Dodge Ram head on. Cole was pronounced dead on the scene. 
 
Both of the drivers of the separate vehicles were airlifted to UAB Hospital after the crash. Raymond Jerome Johnson, 53, of Double Springs was driving the 1999 Ford F350 in which Cole was a passenger. Kevin M. Garner, 43, of Clyde, Ohio was driving the 2015 Dodge Ram.
 
Alabama State Troopers are investigating the incident.
