The deadly U.S. roads: 1 woman dead, 2 injured in Brandywine Hundred crash in Delaware


A crash Saturday morning in Brandywine Hundred left a woman dead and two other people injured. 


A crash Saturday morning in Brandywine Hundred left a woman dead and two other people injured.

Delaware State Police Sgt. Richard D. Bratz said the two-vehicle accident happened just after 7 a.m. at Naamans and Darley roads. 

Bratz did not give an account of the crash or details on the injured victims, but did say one was in critical condition and the other's injuries did not appear to be life-threatening. Both were transported to Christiana Hospital.

The intersection is closed as police investigate the fatal crash.
