A tree care worker has died after falling from the bucket truck he was working from in Middletown, Connecticut on Wednesday.
The man, 25, was working for a local company J&M Tree Removal, trimming trees in one of the main streets of the town, when he apparently fell 10 to 12 meters (30 to 40 feet). The local police stated that it looked as though he had not been using any safety equipment – thus no harness and lanyard.
He was taken to hospital but died yesterday from his injuries.
