Residue spill in Piraeus, Master arrested

Oil residue leaked from cement carrier NAFTOCEMENT III in cement terminal Keratsini, Piraeus, Greece, on July 25.
Spill of some 7 sq meters was cleansed by crew and private anti pollution company, nevertheless, Master of the vessel said to be put under arrest until completion of investigation.
